四、工作原理
ZKZ-3/T型转速监控装置由齿盘、传感器及监测装置本体三部分构成。监测装置采用了MCS-51系列单片机系统。系统内部分频后产生测量定时脉冲，周期为2us,其测量精度可达0.01HZ,稳定性高，长期不变。显示电路采用高亮度动态显示方案，亮度高。
信号测量电路有隔离、放大、整形功能，两路信号完全独立，当齿盘信号断线时，自动切入PT信号，0.3V~250V范围内的信号电压能长期可靠工作，300V以内也能断短期可靠工作。测速齿盘将其方波信号取入计算机内，再换算对应的频率、转速、转速百分比等内容提供显示、记忆。ZKZ-3/T测速装置具有机组蠕动报警功能，当机组停机发生蠕动时，便发出蠕动报警信号。
五、面板说明
1. N1~N8输出状态指示灯：输出继电器动作状态指示
2. 四位LED数码管显示窗：显示运行及设置参数
3. 性质指示灯：n%亮，表示显示值为转速百分比
fp亮，表示输入信号源为齿盘信号fM亮，表示输入信号源为残压信号
4. 按键区：设置操作仪表参数
六、接线端子
电源：电压范围AC85-265V/50Hz或DC110-340V，无极性限制，本仪器无电源开关，电源接上以后便长期连续运行。
PT： 电压互感器输入信号；+24V：脉冲传感器供电电源；fC ：脉冲输入信号；
COM： 脉冲传感器信号公共端；4~20mA：标准电流模拟量输出端子。
J1~J8：转速输出接点端子（SPST）；J9： 电源异常报警接点（SPST）；
J10： 蠕动输出接点端子（SPST）；GND： 机壳接地。
A、B: RS485通讯输出端子
